Heather L. Colton, 44, 227 Jackson St., Lower apartment, was charged around 12:27 a.m. with DWI, failure to keep right, having an opened container of alcohol in a vehicle, disobeying a stop sign, and driving without a seat belt. According to the LPD arrest report, Colton was stopped for traffic violations and determined to be intoxicated. She had a .19 percent BAC, according to police. She is slated for city Court on Wednesday.

Patty S. Troupe, 48, 13 Williams St., Apt. 5, was charged around 10 a.m. Friday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. According to the arrest report, officers were interviewing Troupe in her home when a metal pipe commonly used to smoke crack fell out of her pants pocket. A court date was not given.

Richard N. Powell, 18, 292 Cottage St., was charged around 9:15 a.m. Friday with third-degree criminal mischief. He was to be in City Court on Friday.

Tracy L. Dore, 42, 224 Washburn St., Apt. A, was charged around 12:45 p.m. Thursday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. She is due in City Court on Monday.

Tina M. Schaner, 43, 177 Washburn St., was charged around 1:43 p.m. Thursday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, no inspection, and an equipment violation. She is due in City Court on Monday.
