TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Walmart security says a Buffalo man walked out of the store with an iPhone 5S gold on Wednesday without paying for it.
According to the report filed with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, a Buffalo man, identified as Rickie Latham, "was seen standing on a shelf and reaching his hand over onto the connection center counter. The video shows Latham picking up the iPhone 5S with his right hand, stepping off of the shelf and then placing the iPhone 5S in the front waistband of his pants."
The video then shows Latham passing all points of sale at approximately 6:42 p.m.
The NCSO report said that patrol would turn all paperwork into the Town of Lockport Court and request an arrest warrant for Latham.
