TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Village mobile home park resident was charged with marijuana possession Wednesday night after a traffic stop on South Transit Road.
According to the report, Dustin S. Richardson admitted to patrol that he had marijuana on him while police were patting him down. Patrol located the suspected marijuana and placed him into custody around 9:23 p.m. without incident. He was charged with unlawful possession and released on an appearance ticket for Town of Lockport Court on Nov. 13.
The suspected marijuana was stored in an NCSO evidence locker for testing.
