ENP STAFF REPORTS
news@eastniagarapost.com
TOWN OF LOCKPORT —A 55-year-old Robinson Road man was charged with disorderly conduct this morning after police found him under the influence of drugs — and without pants or shoes.
According to the report, Gregory J. Lee, 6281 Robinson Road, Apt. 15, was standing on the front lawn of his apartment complex around 8:41 not wearing pants. Patrol saw him get up off the ground near the roadway and walk towards the apartment building. He was wearing only a shirt, underwear and socks. Patrol located his pants in the driveway.
Lee's vehicle, which was parked across the street, had numerous items resting on the hood. Patrol located several food items and folded tin foil that appeared to hold the ashes of smoked marijuana. Numerous empty beer cans were on the hood and on the ground near the vehicle. Patrol secured the loose property in the vehicle and had it removed.
Earlier in the morning, patrol had responded to the area of 124 Sherwood Drive in the Village Trail Park, where they found Lee not wearing shoes. Patrol had interviewed him at that point and determined that he was under the influence of alcohol. Patrol gave him a ride to his residence at 6281 Robinson Road and dropped him off there for his safety.
After the second run-in, though, Lee was charged with disorderly conduct and appearance in public while under the influence of narcotics or drug other than alcohol.
