Milton D. Green, 27, 81 Gabriel Dr., Apt. B, was charged around 3:13 a.m. Sunday with disordery conduct, resisting arrest, and obstruction of government administration. According to Green's arrest report, patrol reported to the scene of a large group fighting on the corner of Niagara and Trowbridge streets. They told the crowd to disperse, but Green refused. He was being walked away from the scene by LPD but continued to try to push and pull away from patrol, reaching for something in his pocket. The item turned out to be a black pocket knife, which was placed in an evidence locker. He was slated for City Court Monday morning.

Jacob M. Williams, 25, 6960 Old Akron Road, was charged around 3:57 a.m. Sunday with driving while intoxicated. According to his arrest report, Williams showed up at LPD to inquire about the bail of a friend. He appeared intoxicated and told police that he had driven his vehicle to the police station. After failing field sobriety tests, he was charged. He was slated for City Court Monday morning.
