Regina L. Grimball, 56, 11319 Oak St., Medina, was charged with failure to signal and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle around 1 a.m. Saturday. According to the LPD arrest report, Grimball was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be driving with a suspended license. She is due in City Court on Monday.
Timothy D. Bassler, 35, 318 Chestnut St., Rear Apt., was charged with second-degree harassment around 10:32 p.m. Friday. According to his arrest report, patrol responded to a downtown Lockport bar for an unwanted person. When they arrived, they found Bassler, who refused to leave the bar and was being belligerent. He reportedly had been asked to leave the establishment by its owner and had punched him. He is slated for City Court Monday morning.
Thomas K. Todd, 45, 288 Washburn St., Apt. 2B, was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment and petit larceny around 7:57 p.m. Friday. According to the arrest report, Todd was attempted to steal a gas can from a Washburn Street man. The man returned home while Todd was in the process of stealing it and Todd punched the gas can owner. Todd is slated to appear in City Court on Monday.
