Matthew J. Cornelius, 24, 115 South St., Lower Apt., was charged around 11:05 a.m. Wednesday with disorderly conduct. According to the arrest report, Cornelius was removing items from a Main Street apartment when he began throwing items. While doing so, he struck a police officer with a bag and the handlebars from his bicycle. He was slated for City Court Wednesday.

Omar T. Webster, 36, no permanent address, was charged around 12:55 p.m. Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt. According to his arrest report, Webster was at a Chestnut Street address which has an order of protection against him. He was slated for City Court on Wednesday.

Brandon L. Oliver, 21, 181 Church St., was charged around 9:42 a.m. Thursday with second-degree aggravated harassment. According to his arrest report, Oliver threatened a woman by phone on Tuesday. He was slated for City Court on Thursday.

Corey A. Soock, 24, 81 Hillcrest Dr., was charged around 12:15 p.m. Thursday with trespassing and unlawful possession of marijuana. According to Soock's arrest report, he was in a Main Street apartment which had banned him from the building. While being booked, he was found to have marijuana on him. He was slated for City Court on Thursday.

Jonathan M. Turnquist, 35, 236 Chestnut St., Lower Apt., was charged around 6:05 p.m. Thursday with third-degree possession of a weapon and third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamines. According to his arrest report, police found Turnquist on John Street after a complaint of an unwanted person. He was found to be in possession of metal knuckles and a suitcase containing several items which "indicated the unlawful manufacture of methamhetamine." He is slated for City Court on Monday.
