ENP STAFF REPORTS
news@eastniagarapost.com
New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli made a campaign stop in Lockport this evening, making at appearance at Lockport Locks and Erie Canal Cruises on Market Street.
Niagara County GOP Chairman Scott P. Kiedrowski, however, said DiNapoli missed the mark.
“Tom DiNapoli is holding rallies in the wrong city. The fact is Lockport leadership has made tough decisions to get itself back on track. DiNapoli should have travelled another 30 minutes on Route 31 to Niagara Falls. Mayor Dyster has wasted all the casino money, has refused to produce a budget in violation of the city charter and has run up a $9 million deficit. DiNapoli’s silence on Niagara Falls’ epic failure is deafening.”
