TOWN OF LOCKPORT – A 34-year-old City of Lockport woman was charged Friday with shoplifting.
New York State Troopers arrested Michelle L. Volmy after she was detained for walking out of a store with several items of clothing and a box of Gain detergent valued of over $50. State police did not say what store Volmy was at.
Volmy was taken into custody by patrol and transported to SP Lockport where she was processed and issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny returnable Town of Lockport Court on Nov. 13.
