BARKER — Barker Brewing, a craft brewery on East Avenue, quietly opened for business this week — but it didn't go unnoticed.
The "soft opening" includes four of the brewery's original beers: Niagara Pale Ale, Dirty Blonde Ale, Golden Hill Wheat and Three Sisters Stout. The full BBQ menu is also available.
The brewery's hours are currently 3 - 10 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and noon - 10 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
The new Barker Brewing phone number is 795-1023.
The brewery is an associate member of the Niagara Wine Trail and was recently granted membership in the New York State Brewers Assocation.
