OLCOTT — An East Main Street homeowner told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Tuesday that someone had stolen three bicycles from in front of his home overnight.

The man said the bikes were taken sometime between 11 p.m. Monday and 3 a.m. Tuesday. They were taken from the porch of the residence and were not locked, however, the bikes had locks attached to them, according to the NCSO report.

The bikes were listed as a "blue and gray Huffy women's mountain bike," a "red and silver Next men's mountain bike," and a "blue Schwinn trick bike." The owners estimated the total loss of all three bicycles to be approximately $500.

All parties were advised to secure all property outside the residence, and that a report would be on file with NCSO. The case is considered closed pending new information.
