Suzanne Knopp of Lockport, NY wife of the late Homer Knopp entered into rest Saturday, September 13, 2014 peacefully  with her family by her side.

Suzanne was born in Buffalo, NY, May 1, 1932 the daughter of the late Charles and Irene Cady. Mother of John (Barbara) Staples of Newfane, NY, Sandra Hahn of Burt, Jeffrey (Cindy) Staples of Appleton, NY, Sherry (Rick) Bottom of Newfane, NY, Stephanie (Martin) Brummer of Burt, NY and the late James Staples. Mother in law of Robin Staples of Wrights Corners. Grandmother of Andrew Staples, Jeremy Shaver, Naomi Harris, Jessica and Tim Walker, Jack Staples, Rick (Kelly) Bottom Jr., Tiffany Loughrey and Danielle Bottom. Also survived by by great grandchildren.

Sue enjoyed spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren grow. She had many hobbies though her life. Suzanne enjoyed being a member of the AKC German Shorthair Pointer Club, horseback riding, bowling, cooking, baking and going to yard sales was one of her favorite hobbies. Sue donated her body to the UB Anatomical Gift Program.

Memorials to Dale Association Suite 315 Bewley Building Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family. A private Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
