Carl A. Mazyck, 42, 19 Tudor Lane, Apt. 1, was charged around 9:50 p.m. Sunday with aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with a suspended registration and driving without insurance. According to the LPD arrest report, Mazyck's registration came up as having been suspended during a routine license plate check. He is slated for City Court on Wednesday.

Jedidiah J. Aiken, 29, 7106 Ellicott Road, was charged around 2:27 p.m. Sunday with burglary and petit larceny. According to the LPD arrest report, Aiken stole a bottle of pain medication from a Church Street woman on Saturday. He is slated for City Court on Wednesday.

Patricia A. Rodgers, 44, 135 Erie St., Apt. 1, was charged around 5 a.m. Sunday with having a child out after curfew. She is slated for City Court on Tuesday.

Brian C. Malcomb, 29, 36 Spruce St., Apt. 2, was charged around 2:53 a.m. Sunday with petit larceny. According to his arrest report, Malcomb was seen stealing a bottle of Magnum malt liquor from Sunoco, 100 S. Transit St. He was located at 284 Willow St. and arrested. He is slated for City Court on Wednesday.

Robert M. Edwards, 31, 44 Genesee St., Lower Apt., was charged around 12:49 a.m. Sunday with DWI and failure to signal. According to the LPD arrest report, Edwards was stopped for a traffic infraction on Walnut Street and determined to be intoxicated. He is slated for City Court on Wednesday.

Gerald M. Intrabartolo, 25, 139 East Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for parking on city streets after 2 a.m. According to the arrest report, Intrabartolo was stopped at a traffic stop around 8:20 p.m. on Saturday and found to have a warrant issued after the parking violation on Feb. 19, 2009. He was taken to LPD and issued his own bail. He is slated for City Court on Tuesday.

Lee O. Jones, 24, 313 Beattie Ave., Apt. 1, was charged around 12:45 a.m. Saturday with aggravated unlicensed operation and an equipment violation. According to the LPD arrest report, Jones was seen driving on Beattie Avenue by patrol, who knew Jones' license had been suspended. He was stopped and charged without incident. He is due in City Court on Wednesday.

Michael J. Hotaling, 18, 197 Union St., Upper Apt., was charged around 2:30 a.m. Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the LPD arrest report, Hotaling was seen by patrol and known to have an active warrant. When patrol stopped him, Hotaling confessed to have "two knives and a bag of weed." He was picked up on the warrant and additionally charged with the marijuana possession. He is due in City Court on Tuesday.

Lanika N. Reed, 32, 137 Chestnut St., was charged around 3:30 a.m. Saturday with aggravated unlicensed operation and an equipment violation. According to the LPD arrest report, Reed was seen driving west on High Street and found to have a suspended license. She is ordered to appear in City Court on Wednesday.

Markel L. Hill, 25, 137 Chestnut St., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana around 3:30 a.m. Saturday. According to the LPD arrest report, Hill was in a vehicle stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be in possession of marijuana. He is ordered to appear in City Court on Tuesday.

Edward W. Webber III, 32, 329 Ontario St., was charged around 4 a.m. Saturday with fourth-degree criminal mischief, unsafe lane change, and leaving the scene of an automobile accident. According to the LPD arrest report, Webber hit a fire hydrant on Grand Street, shearing it in half. Several trees were also struck. LPD followed scrape marks to Webber's car, which was then parked at 329 Ontario St., where he was arrested and charged. He is due in City Court on Wednesday.
