Thomas R. Weinheimer, 52, no permanent address, was charged around 11:25 a.m. Thursday with trespassing and public lewdness. According to the LPD arrest report, Weinheimer was found urinating in Grossi Park on West Avenue. He was to be in City Court Thursday afternoon.
