TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Richard N. Powell, 18, was charged Tuesday with second-degree aggravated harassment, the New York State Police announced today.
According to a release by NYSP, Powell continued to send unwanted text messages and postings on Facebook after he was told to discontinue contact with his former classmates from school.
Powell was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and committed to Niagara County Jail on $500 cash/$1,000 bond.
