A 20-year-old Town of Lockport woman was charged Thursday night with selling alcohol to a minor.

According to the report filed by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, while working at 7-Eleven, 437 Davison Road, Darian M. Garbacz, 6491 Dysinger Road, Apt. 1, sold a 16-ounce Mike's Hard Lemonade 16oz to a 19-year-old girl without asking for ID.

The transaction was witnessed at approximately 7:18 p.m. by Wanda Schwartz, senior investigator for the State Liquor Authority.

Garbacz was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sales. She was issued an appearance ticket for Wednesday for the City of Lockport Court.
