Born in Lockport on November 15, 1956 he was the son of the late Donald and Dolores (Viedt) Meyer. Carl served in the US Air Force from 1976 to 1980.
Besides his parents Carl was also predeceased by his sister Pamela Meyer-Schramer. He is survived by his aunt Mary Meyer of Lockport.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
