Rose F. Casper passed away August 24, 2014 in Odd Fellow & Rebekah Health Care Facility.  Born in Buffalo on November 10, 1933 she was the daughter of Karl and Rose (Wanninger) Hoeger.  Rose worked for the Starpoint School District where she was the treasurer.  She enjoyed traveling with her husband and enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Rose is survived by her husband of 62 years Edward A. Casper of Lockport; two daughters Kellie (Robert) Bebee of Alexander, NY and Tamara (Brad) Bowen of Goshen, IN; six grandchildren Jayne, Travis, Eli Bebee and Amber, Kaylie and Sara Bowen; predeceased by her brother Karl Hoeger.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, Aug. 28th from 6-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 29th at 10 AM.  Inurnment will be in Buffalo Cemetery.  Memorial donations to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated.
