Roger W. Pollock of Lockport, NY husband of the late Dorothy M. Pollock entered into rest Thursday, August 14, 2014 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Newfane, NY.

Roger was born in Newfane, NY January 15, 1920, the son of the late S. Ellis and Gertrude Weber Pollock.  He was a US Army Veteran who served his country from 1942 -1944. Roger worked as a mechanic for several companies, last worked for Guade Oil Company in Lockport, NY. He has lived in Lockport for most of his life and wintered in Bradenton, FL for several years. Father of Ann (Mark) Shermerhorn of Lockport, NY. Brother of Marion Gotts of Lockport and Helen Striffler of Florida. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

No prior visitation. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Corwin Cemetery, Newfane, NY.
