BATAVIA — Niagara County Sheriff's deputies met an Ontario County Sheriff's deputy around 1:34 a.m. for a warrant execution against a Farmington man.
According to the NCSO report, Thien Q. Phung, 28, 1411 Creekpoint, Farmington was arrested on a warrant out of the Town of Lockport Court for second-degree criminal contempt after violating an order of protection by contacting an area woman via email.
Patrol took custody of Phung from OCSO and returned him to the Town of Lockport Court where Judge Cheryl Antkowiak arraigned him on the criminal contempt charge and set bail at $25,000/$50,000 with a return date set for Thursday. Patrol then transported PHUNG to Niagara County Jail.
