NEWFANE — A West Avenue woman was charged with drug and traffic charges following a traffic stop on Chestnut Road on Sunday.
According to the report filed by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Susan K. Prica, 50, 2755 West Ave., was stopped for having an obstructed view. There were several items hanging from the rear view mirror distracting the operator's view of traffic.
After being stopped, Prica told patrol that her license was suspended. A search of the car turned up two hypodermic needles.
She was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision and possession of a hypodermic instrument.
She was released on an appearance ticket.
