TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Middleport resident told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Friday that someone threw something at his car while he was driving it, shattering one of the car's windows.
The complainant told patrol that he was northbound on Old Beattie Road at around 9 p.m. when a black Honda Civic drove along side of his vehicle and an unknown person in the Honda Civic threw an object at his vehicle, striking his driver's side, rear passenger window and shattered it.
The man estimated repairs would cost approximately $400. The complainant said he did not see what the object was that was thrown at his vehicle, nor did not have any idea who would have done this and was unable to get a license plate number.
