Anthony Collazo, 28, 58 Genesee St., lower, was charged with DWI, having an invalid inspection sticker, failure to signal, a noise violation and failure to change address around 9:45 p.m. Thursday. According to the LPD arrest report, Collazo was stopped on Cottage Street after failing to signal and found to be intoxicated, although he refused a chemical test. He was held on $250 bail and ordered to appear in City Court on Monday.
