A 21-year-old Lockport man was charged this morning with sex crimes against a juvenile.
Benjamin A. Free, 288 Willow St., Apt. 38, was charged around 11:35 a.m. with first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.
According to Free's arrest report, he engaged in multiple sex acts with a child under the age of 11 in the city of Lockport.
He was to be arraigned in City Court this afternoon.
