Jolene M. Tracey passed away August 7, 2014 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.

Born in Batavia on July 17, 1962 she was the daughter of Barbara (Bloom) Parada and the late Edward Parada. Jolene worked for Eastern Niagara Hospital in Lockport for 23 years where she was the program assistant for the Reflections Unit. She enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening and giving to everyone.

Besides her mother Jolene is also survived by her husband Thomas F. Tracey of Lockport; mother of Matthew P. Tracey of Lockport; sister of Michael (Kathleen) Parada of Adams, MA and Michele (Michael) Standish of Naples, FL; daughter-in-law of Timothy & Virginia Tracey; also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Sunday, August 10th from 5-7 PM and Monday, August 11th from 3-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, August 12th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport.  Interment will be Cold Springs Cemetery. Memorial donations to DeSales Catholic Schools or the Historic Palace Theatre or to a charity of one’s choice.
