NEWFANE — A 37-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged with two felonies in connection with a Newfane burglary.
Jason R. Davis was arrested following an investigation conducted by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office Criminal Bureau. He was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny, both D Felonies.
He was remanded to the Niagara County Jail, with bail set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond and is due to return to the Town of Newfane Court on Aug. 19.
