Lockport Police are investigating an overnight burglary of a business in the Lockport Plaza on South Transit Street.
According to LPD, around 12:20 a.m., an unknown person entered Wet Vapes, 302 S. Transit St., through a roof vent and then through the ceiling of the business. The suspect stole the cash drawer and about $200 cash inside the drawer then exited through the front door.
A Niagara County Sheriff's Office bloodhound tracked the suspect to Maple Street near Millar Place.
The investigation is ongoing.
