GASPORT — A 20-year-old Medina man was charged early Saturday morning with DWI on Rochester Road.
According the the Niagara County Sheriff's Office report, Jerrid G. MacDonald, 10616 Maple Ridge Road, was stopped shortly before 4 a.m. by patrol for crossing the center line, dashed and solid yellow line. When patrol interviewed him, they determined him to be intoxicated.
He was remanded to the custody of the Niagara County Jail on $250 police bail and is scheduled to appear in Royalton Town Court on Aug. 14 to answer to the DWI charge and a traffic violation.
