Kyle L. Briggs, 22, 2240 Jagow Road, Niagara Falls, was charged Tuesday morning with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD arrest report, Briggs argued with a Lockport woman and attempted to strike her, then got in his vehicle and drove away. The female victim has requested an order of protection. Briggs was scheduled for City Court Tuesday afternoon.
A 16-year-old Cottage Street male was arrested this morning with on three counts of second-degree sexual abuse and one count of third-degree sexual abuse. According to the LPD arrest report, the teenager had sexual contact with a juvenile under the age of 15. He was arrested in court without incident. He was processed and arraigned.
A Maple Street man told Lockport Police this afternoon that an unknown person or people stole his red and silver 21-speed "Next" mountain bike while it was in front of his home, unlocked. The value of the bike was listed as $150.
