Shauniqua Rodriguez 35, 440 12th St., Niagara Falls, was charged around 8:30 p.m. Sunday with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to the LPD arrest report, Rodriguez slapped and punched a West Avenue woman around 8 p.m. Sunday. Rodriguez was slated to be arraigned in City Court this morning.
