Otis L. Lyons, 25, 810 Michigan St., Apt. 8, was charged around 1:20 a.m. with improper lane use and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the LPD arrest report, Lyons was stopped for a traffic infraction on South Transit Street and found to be driving with a suspended license. He is due in City Court on Monday.
