TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 23-year-old Lockport man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.
According to New York State Police, John G. Angelucci, 23, was found to have marijuana in his vehicle and that was operating the vehicle while his privilege to do so was suspended.
Angelucci was charged with the third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, vehicle and traffic violations, in addition to possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $100 cash bail and is scheduled to re-appear on Aug. 7.
