ROYALTON — A 35-year-old Fisk Road woman was charged with harassment Sunday after an 18-year-old Gasport woman told patrol she had flicked a lit cigarette at her and punched her.
According to the report filed with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Colette C. Scherrer, 8856 Fisk Road, flicked a lit cigarette at the 18-year-old's face, grabbed her by the hair, threw punches then pushed her to the ground early Wednesday morning.
Scherrer told patrol that "she had been drinking that night and lost her temper with (the complainant)."
She was charged with second-degree harassment and ordered to appear in Town of Royalton Court on Aug. 21.
