BATAVIA — Genesee Community College announced that 11 East Niagara residents were among the 547 full and part-time students named to the Dean's List for the Spring 2014 semester. Students honored on the Dean's List have earned a quality point index of 3.50 to 3.74.

This year's local honorees include:

• Destiny Abernathy a resident of Gasport 
• Rachel Diel a resident of Gasport 
• Kristina Yadloczky a resident of Lockport 
• Hannah Tombari a resident of Middleport 
• Christine Furmanek a resident of Middleport 
• Marilyn Moser a resident of Middleport 
• Lori Brown a resident of Barker *
• Emily Trinder a resident of Barker *
• Jillian Marsillo a resident of Lockport *
• Angela Sauvageau a resident of Middleport *
• Lucas Houseman a resident of Middleport *

* denotes part-time student
