TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A man from the Village mobile home park on South Transit Road was charged Thursday night with DWI on Village Parkway.
Ronald V. Hansford, 43, 6035 South Transit Road, was spotted by Niagara County Sheriff's deputies parked in the middle of Village Parkway around 8 p.m., according to the arrest report filed.
He was found to have a laceration to his right hand and determined to be intoxicated. He was treated by South Lockport EMS for the hand laceration but refused further treatment. He was charged with DWI and transported to Niagara County Jail where he was held on $250 bail and ordered to appear in Town of Lockport Court on Tuesday.
