TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 24-year-old Town of Lockport man was arrested and charged with a string of burglaries, according to Niagara County Sheriff Jim Voutour.
A press release from NCSO said the Brett M. Holt is tied to three residential burglaries and was subsequently charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, one count of third-degree grand larceny, one count of fourth-degree grand larceny, and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Holt was arraigned in Town of Lockport Court and remanded to the Niagara County Jail with bail set at $40,000 cash or $80,000 bond and ordered to return to court on Thursday. Additional charges
are pending.
