A pair of Lockport residents face drug charges after the Lockport Police Department says it found a marijuana growing operation in their Caledonia Street home.
Paul M. Flynn, 39, and Connie L. Starcher, 51, both of 222 Caledonia St., Apt. 2, were charged with growing cannabis and unlawful possession of marijuana Thursday evening after police responded to a call of a male breaking glass at the apartment. Starcher was also charged with second-degree harassment.
When police arrived, they could hear glass breaking. While the police checked the apartment for damage, they came across bright lights, foil on the walls, a large marijuana plant and green, leafy vegetable matter they say tested positive for marijuana.
Starcher was also charged with second-degree harassment, according to her arrest report.
