A 19-year-old Lockport woman was charged with DWI and a Leandra's Law violation.
Courtney L. Condren was charged by New York State Police with aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle less than 16 years old, Leandra’s Law, DWI, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
During a traffic stop, while police interviewed Condren, he detected an odor marijuana. He then had Condren perform field sobriety tests, which she failed. Condren was arrested and transported to State Police Lockport where he also performed a drug recognition evaluation, which indicated drug use.
Condren was arraigned in the Town of Royalton Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $500 cash or $5,000 bond.
Two of the vehicle's passengers were also charged.
