OLCOTT — A Townline Road, Pendleton woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Friday that sometime between June 1 and Friday morning, someone stole items from her boat.
The woman told patrol that items stolen included personal paperwork consisting of copies of her driver's license, fishing license, passport, boat insurance and the registration stored in a black backpack. Also taken were a knife, GPS unit, ignition key, handheld radio and some loose change.
Saturday the woman told NCSO that an unknown and unidentifiable person returned her bag and contents less the knife, onto her front porch. No suspects or witnesses could be identified.
