ENP STAFF REPORTS

TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Gasport man reported Monday afternoon that he has had ongoing problems with unknown people riding ATVs on his Wilson Road property.
The man told patrol that he saw two males walking on his property, and when he approached them, they ran into the woods, got onto two ATVs, and began doing circles around him kicking up dirt. He stated the males rode into the woods and were not wearing helmets.
While Patrol was interviewing the complainant, one ATV came out of the woods with two males on it without helmets and had bandanas covering their faces. They rode back into the woods after seeing patrol.
The man said he is trying to sell the property and isn't looking to pursue charges, he would just like people to stay off of his posted property.
Patrol told the comlainant they will be observant in the area for those ATVs.
