NEWFANE — The fourth incident of vandalism via spray paint has been reported in under a week.
According to an Albert Street man, an unknown person spray painted a red line on the driver's side of his vehicle sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning.
The damage to the vehicle is unknown at this time, but is believed to be greater than $250.
The driver was aware of the rash of criminal mischiefs in the area and stated if his teenage daughter hears any information regarding the suspect's he will contact patrol.
The investigation will be forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Bureau, as have the other incidents, which have occurred on Exchange Street and Corwin Avenue.
