SOMERSET — A Barker man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies early this morning that another man ripped the shifter off the dash of his truck.
The complainant said the man became upset around 1:30 a.m. when he had offered the man's girlfriend a ride to work in the morning. The man then went to the complainant's truck and "tossed around items inside of the cab and ripped the shifter off the dash of the truck," according to a report filed with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
The complainant told patrol there was about $300 damage done to the truck.
He told patrol that he'd like to pursue charges on the other man and a warrant was issued for his arrest on the charge of third-degree criminal mischief.
