TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Woodlands resident told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Monday that the license plate from his trailer was either lost or stolen.
The complainant told patrol that he had picked up his trailer on Water Street in the City of Lockport around 2 p.m. on Sunday but when he arrived at his Lockwood Drive home, he noticed that the plate was missing. The man told patrol that the plate had been attached by two screws, but he isn't sure if it was on the trailer when he left Water Street.
Patrol issued the man a lost plate certificate and closed the case.
