TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Robinson Road resident who says she was woken up Wednesday morning faces harassment charges after yelling at those she say woke her, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
Linda A. Glasby, 53, 6343 Robinson Road, Apt. 7B, was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment around 4:30 Wednesday morning and is scheduled to appear in Town of Lockport Court on June 26.
According to the report filed by NCSO, two residents of 6343 Robinson Road came home early Wednesday morning to find that there were numerous empty plastic laundry detergent bottles laying all over the floor in front of apartment 7B — Glasby's apartment. Concerned that someone would trip on the bottles, the residents say they collected them and lined them up along the wall in front of the apartment.
"At this time, the complainants stated Glasby exited her apartment, began yelling and screaming at them for waking her up, and started to kick the bottles in the hallway," the report said. "Then, without provocation, the complainants stated Glasby began throwing the bottles at the complainants."
One bottle struck one of the complainants in the face and another bottle struck the other in the back. Patrol did not observe any injuries to either of the two parties nor did they claim any injury. Both parties requested to file harassment complaints.
