An Elmhurst Drive resident reported a larceny Friday afternoon to Niagara County Sheriff's deputies.
The man told patrol that an unknown suspect took three batteries for his boat sometime between October and Friday while it was in a locked storage area at the Woodlands. The batteries were valued at approximately $300.
The complainant was unable to provide patrol with any potential suspects or any other information in regards to the larceny. Patrol observed nothing suspicious on or around the boat from which the three batteries were taken.
Pending any new information Patrol considers this case closed at this time.
