A 34-year-old man was charged Sunday with breaking windows at the Lincoln Place apartment complex.
According to the report filed by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Tyrell N. Hughes, 6558 Lincoln Place, Apt. K, had a verbal argument with another Lincoln Place resident, which led to him kicking out the windows of that person's apartment.
When patrol arrived, they found Hughes walking behind the building attempting to leave the scene, the report said. He was taken into custody and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was held in Niagara County Jail on $750 bail and is scheduled to appear at the Town of Lockport Court on Tuesday.
