The Niagara County Sheriff's Office applied for warrant on Monday for a 28-year-old Lockport man who Walmart management says trespassed at the store.
According to the report by NCSO, Nicholas Doxey entered the South Transit Road Walmart around 2 p.m. on Saturday although he had "been banned from all Walmart property for prior petit larceny offenses and was issued a notice for that order."
The Walmart employee said she attempted to speak to Doxey in person but he fled the store when he saw her approaching. Security camera footage was given to patrol and a trespassing warrant was sought from Lockport Town Court.
