A 28-year-old Getzville woman was charged with aggravated DWI early this morning on Ridge Road.
Niagara County Sheriff's deputies responded to a complaint of a reckless driver around 2 a.m. in the area of Ridge and Plank roads, to find Lauren D. Stack, 190 Montbleu Drive, traveling eastbound on Ridge Road just east of Beebe Road.
Patrol briefly followed the vehicle, and performed a traffic stop after observing several traffic violations, according to a report filed by NCSO. Stack was determined by patrol to be intoxicated and found to have a blood alcohol content of .18 percent.
She was remanded to the custody of the Niagara County Jail and held in lieu of $250 bail. Her vehicle was secured by Jim's Auto and a mandatory 12-hour hold was set in place. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Newfane Court on April 22.
