The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory until 8 a.m.
With the temperature already below zero, coupled with the wind, the wind chill will be as low as 15 below. Bitterly cold wind chills will result in the risk of frostbite and hypothermia for anyone outside without proper clothing for an extended period of time.
The cold and windchill may lead to school and other closings.
