It's a beautiful day to be out and about in East Niagara with the mercury reaching a high of 39 today and the sun shining overhead. There's more of the same - temperature-wise, at least - in the near future.

After tonight's low of 24, Saturday will see another high in the mid-30s and a low of 21 with a 40 percent chance of snow. Sunday brings a high of 30 and a low of 24 with more snow possible. Monday the high will be nearly 40 again with a low of 31 and a chance of snow.

Tuesday is forecast to break the 40-degree barrier with a high of 41 and a low of 19. It cools down again after Tuesday. Wednesday will have a high of 25 and a low of 16, followed by a high of 23 and a low of 13 Thursday.
